Visiting this website
This public website serves information and illustrative demonstrations. It does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, account registration or online checkout. The hosting service processes connection information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information to deliver and protect the website.
Sending an enquiry
The enquiry form saves your name, work email, business, industry, message and plan interest privately for review and follow-up in 4ProTech’s CRM. Customer correspondence uses contact@4protech.com. Directory registrations and provider correspondence use listings@4protech.com and are kept separate from the customer-lead worker. Enquiries may be screened for spam and promotional outreach; doubtful messages remain available for human review. We do not add enquirers to marketing lists.
The form uses an essential session cookie for request protection. We use a salted connection fingerprint to limit abuse. Website queue content has a 30-day retention target and is retained longer when necessary until the CRM confirms capture; minimal website delivery receipts have a 90-day setting. Cleanup runs when the enquiry service is used. CRM enquiry records are retained for review and follow-up; closed and uncertain records remain available for review. Email correspondence is held separately in our business mailbox. Contact us about access or deletion requests.
Assistance and replies
If enabled by 4ProTech, AI assistance processes a limited enquiry excerpt through our OpenAI service to prepare summaries, qualification questions and reply drafts. Contact addresses, telephone numbers and URLs are redacted before that request, but automated redaction cannot guarantee removal of every personal detail a visitor may include. Please omit secrets and sensitive information. AI does not receive another company’s CRM records or mailbox credentials. A separately enabled automatic acknowledgement may ask basic qualification questions; pricing, agreements and specialist requirements require human confirmation. Delivery outcomes are recorded, and uncertain sends are held for review.
Your workspace brief
The brief form processes values in your browser and downloads a text file to your device. It does not submit those values to 4ProTech or store them in a website database. You control whether to share the downloaded file. Avoid passwords, payment details and sensitive customer or patient data.
Contact and external services
Email and telephone links open your own communication application. If you contact us, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your enquiry. The CRM is a separate service with its own privacy notice, account controls and applicable agreements. This website does not automatically send brief details to the CRM.
